Professional Series: WH100OA Whole House Dehumidifier
Introducing the Innovative professional grade whole house dehumidifiers. All of the models in this series come standard with digital humidity controls and are specifically designed to control excess moisture in large residential and other spaces. High humidity contributes to poor indoor air quality, property damage, mold, comfort complaints, and possible liability risks.
These models include duct adaptors for connection to your current HVAC system. They can be controlled with their standard digital controls or connected directly to your HVAC control system. Several models also include fresh air intake connection with motorized dampers to provide critical mechanical ventilation to your structure. Modern construction methods and materials result in very energy efficient structures but also severely restrict fresh air introduction. This makes adding fresh air introduction very desirable and in some cases required by code.

The WH100OA Professional Series Whole House dehumidifiers are compact, durable and efficient. They come standard with a remote wired digital humidity controller and are specifically designed to control excess moisture that contributes to poor indoor air quality, property damage, mold, comfort complaints, and possible liability risks. They can be used to condition living spaces, crawl spaces and other large spaces up to 23,000 cubic feet with an AHAM rated capacity (80F/60%RH) of 100pints per day. They also come standard with a 6” motorized damper intake for bringing outdoor fresh air into your structure.
How It Works
Our Professional Series dehumidifiers can be used in a variety of ways to control the humidity level in your entire home. In the simplest terms, when the humidity level exceeds the set point of the humidity controller, the dehumidifier will energize. The internal fan and compressor will turn on, forcing air to be drawn across the evaporator coil, which is cooler than the dew point of the air, allowing the coil to remove water from the air and exit via the drain. The air is then reheated as it flows across the condenser coil and distributed back into the conditioned space.
Installation
Whole House dehumidifiers are simple to install. They are connected to your central HVAC system with our standard 10” supply and return duct adapters. The unit can be controlled using the included digital wired remote control or by connecting it to your homes HVAC control system.
